Excess baggage

When transporting baggage that exceeds the free baggage allowance norms set by the airline for your class of service (excess baggage), please consider the following points:

  • after weighing your baggage an airport employee will direct you to the ticket office in the check-in area or to the airline representative to resolve the payment issue. The difference between the actual weight and the free baggage allowance is paid at the established rate
  • after payment, you should receive a receipt for paid baggage
  • after the employee checks the paid baggage receipt, you will receive a boarding pass

Do not forget to find out in advance the conditions of transportation of excess baggage at the airline’s office!

Attention!

If the aircraft is fully loaded and the baggage weight exceeds the free baggage allowance, you may be refused for the transportation. We recommend that you coordinate this issue with a representative of the airline and specify it when purchasing your ticket.
