Ufa Airport launches The Mystery Passenger Program!
To participate in the program, to express personal opinion on the work of the airport services and help Ufa airport to become better can absolutely anyone everyone who wishes to do so.
Participants will be asked to evaluate all stages of pre-flight and post-flight maintenance - the cleanliness and convenience of terminals, quality of staff, organization of security control inspection, and much more.
You can join the program at any time. It's enough to send a request in a free form to: email@example.com. In response to the letter the respondents will receive a unique number and the application form. Also questionnaire will be available at the information desks in terminals of domestic and international flights, or download it from the airport’s website. "Mystery passenger” program is another feedback channel, which along with the already existing techniques for monitoring the quality of services, helps to get a clearer view on the passengers ' wishes and allows to take measures to improve operation of Ufa airport. The results of the program will be finalized by the end of the year. The most active participants will receive gifts from the airport such as souvenirs and certificates on free service in the Business Lounges of our airport.
